Head of GlobalLink Post Trade

Louisa Kwok is a managing director and head GlobalLink’s post-trade business. She joined State Street in 2019 and was previously head of product for TradeNeXus.

Louisa has nearly two decades of successful experience in developing new business in the OTC derivatives space where she has created innovative products and established teams responsible for sales, product, contract negotiations, and relationship management. She has worked at JPMorgan, ADS Securities, BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley.

Louisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and moved to London in 2006.

Head of TradeNeXus Product

Benjamin Lancaster is one of TradeNeXus’ product managers, who has been with the team since March 2020. He is responsible for leading the Trade Optimization and CLSTradeMonitor initiatives along with a number of other projects. Prior to joining State Street, Ben worked in management consultancy and holds a degree in International Business from Loughborough University.

Global Head of GlobalLink Product Sales: Buy Side

Cathrine Poulton is a Managing Director and the Global Buyside Head of GlobalLink FX Product Sales. She is responsible for existing buy side client management across the award winning GlobalLink FX platforms including FX Connect, Currenex and TradeNeXus. She joined the State Street GlobalLink business in 2022.

Previously she was Head of Client Management for Securities Finance in EMEA. Responsible for existing customer management across Securities Finance including Enhanced Custody and Agency Lending. Clients included asset owners, official institutions, asset managers, insurance and hedge funds.

Ms. Poulton joined State Street Securities Finance as a Relationship Manager in 2014. Prior to joining State Street, she held a variety of front office and finance positions across multiple businesses at J.P. Morgan.

Cathrine graduated from The University of Bournemouth and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Services.

Global Head of GlobalLink Product Sales: Sell Side

Terri Knapp is a Managing Director and the Global Sell Side Head of GlobalLink FX Product Sales. She is responsible for existing sell side client management across the GlobalLink FX platforms including FX Connect, Currenex and TradeNeXus. She joined the State Street GlobalLink business in 2010 focusing on sales and relationship management of strategic accounts within the division. Prior to joining State Street, Ms. Knapp was responsible for foreign exchange trading at Fidelity Management and Research Company. In addition, she held roles in Fidelity’s international trading operations division.

She possesses a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Head of TradeNeXus Business Development

Kah Yang Chong, CFA is a Vice President within the Product Management and Business Development role for TradeNeXus. Kah Yang has spent more than a decade within the FX post-trade space, focussing on servicing buy-side clients with innovative FX solutions. Kah Yang previously headed up the EMEA product team at LCH, and risk management at Natwest FX Prime Brokerage.

Head of TradeNeXus Development

Naveen Nagarajan is a Managing Director and head of development for TradeNeXus. Naveen has over 16 years of software and financial technology design and development experience.

Naveen joined State Street in 2017 as a senior developer on the TradeNeXus team and led the build out of TradeNeXus Clearing Connectivity. Prior to State Street, Naveen’s held software development roles at JPMorgan, Syntel and Infosys. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University and is pursuing his Master’s degree in Financial Analytics from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Naveen also holds certifications from Bloomberg Market Concepts, MongoDB for Java Developers, and Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate.

Head of TradeNeXus Quality Assurance

Naveen Narayana Swamy is a Vice President and head of the quality Assurance Team for TradeNexus. He is responsible for the overall application testing strategies inclusive of implementation and execution which spans functional, automation, and performance testing.

Prior to this, Naveen managed QA activities for MiFID II regulatory reporting and client reporting for FX Connect. He joined State Street in 2017 from Accenture where he was a test architect specialist for a leading bank in the New York Area.

Naveen led QA activities for BASEL III regulatory reporting with domain expertise in banking and capital markets. Naveen holds a bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bangalore India.

Global Head of Operations for GlobalLink

Kevin Conn is Managing Director and Global Head of Operations for the GlobalLink team with State Street Global Markets. In this role, Kevin is responsible for the trading operations and client support for State Street’s industry leading electronic trading platforms including FX Connect, Currenex, TradeNeXus and Fund Connect.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets industry with a focus on supporting Institutional clients and their use of trading platforms.. Kevin joined State Street in 2012 from Dreyfus, a New York-based mutual fund corporation, where he was Vice President of Operations and Client Service. In this role, he was responsible for a team that supported all of the operational needs of the firms Institutional Clients. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the State University of NY, Geneseo. Kevin holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 99 licenses.

Head GlobalLink Support

Paul Keeling is Global Head of the Support team for GlobalLink which has support desks in the United States, London, Tokyo and Singapore and is responsible for providing First Level Support across the product range including FX Connect and TradeNeXus.

Paul has more than 30 years’ experience in the FX industry. He managed the EMEA Currenex Support team from 2007 before assuming current role in 2017. Prior to State Street, Paul held FX Trading roles at a number of banks in London. He managed Reuters Dealing EMEA Helpdesk between 2002 and 2007.

Paul studied at East London college in the UK and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
